Account information: email address, display name, and username when you create an account.
Usage data: game scores, XP progress, streaks, journal entries, and preferences you set in the app.
Camera access: only used if you choose to take a profile picture. We do not access your camera without your explicit action.
Device information: basic device type and operating system for app compatibility.

We do not share your data with third parties except as needed to operate the service.

🤖 AI Processing

SteadyWits uses AI to generate personalized content, analyze claims, and adapt difficulty. When you use these features, the text you submit (such as a claim to analyze) is sent to third-party AI providers (DeepSeek, Groq, and Google Gemini) to generate the response. Your inputs are used only to generate responses and are not stored by us for AI training purposes. AI output is practice material for your own thinking. It can be wrong, and it is not professional, medical, or legal advice.

🔒 Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely with industry-standard encryption. We use Row Level Security to ensure you can only access your own data.

👶 Children's Privacy

SteadyWits is for ages 13 and up. Account creation includes an age confirmation, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

🗂️ Data Retention

Your data is kept while your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed from our systems within 30 days.

⚖️ Your Rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings screen in the app. You can also request account deletion from our website.
