By using SteadyWits, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please don't use the app.
SteadyWits is a personalized mental fitness app for ages 13 and up. You agree to use it for its intended purpose: learning, mental practice, and constructive discussion. Community content has zero tolerance for abusive or objectionable material; violations may result in content removal or account termination.
You are responsible for your account credentials. Keep your password secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use SteadyWits.
In the Chat Arena and community features:
We may moderate or remove content that violates these guidelines.
SteadyWits uses AI to generate challenges, analyze claims, and personalize your experience. AI output is for educational purposes and should not be treated as professional advice.
SteadyWits, Pru, and all associated branding are property of Mstimaj Tech & AI LLC. User-generated content (journal entries, chat posts) remains yours.
You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate community guidelines.
SteadyWits is provided "as is." We are building something great but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service during beta.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
